Fraser Hamilton specialises in creating unique pieces of jewellery including engagement rings, wedding bands, cocktail rings, signet rings, pendants, chains, necklaces, earrings and much more.
We want you to be part of the process every step of the way, we work with clients all over the world and can host consultations in the London studio or via video call that fits to your schedule.
Please bear in mind that every piece of Fraser Hamilton Jewellery is handmade and no two pieces are ever completely identical but can be kept closely in line with a previous design. Stones will be matched as closely as possible to those included in other designs but alternative stone may need to be used.
There are two options when ordering through the bespoke service:
Option 1: Replica of an existing design / (this will be the same price as listed within two UK sizes (larger or smaller) but this option has no photo stream consultation or alteration options available. Payment to be taken in full before the making starts;
Option 2: Completely unique design based on a combination of Fraser’s previous designs and your own ideas. A video or in person consultation to get the process started with full sourcing of stones along with alterations, modelling videos and regular updates. Payment for full bespoke gold pieces will be split into two, with 50% of the estimated cost to be taken before the stone sourcing or any making starts and the remainder of the final cost to be taken before shipping. Silver bespoke items start at £400 and this payment is required in full as an initial deposit. Please note that initial deposits are non-refundable and taken as a commitment to the project and to cover design development work.

Using your own stones | We will happily work with recycled or heirloom stones, as long as we have assessed their quality before setting. Please be aware that if we do use your stones: We cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur in the making process, Setting options may be limited depending on the stones dimensions. Hand pendants for example require the stone to bee approximately 5x3mm and with a suitable depth, Fraser works predominantly with rubies, sapphires and diamonds - birthstones are possible but setting options may be limited, We can assess the use of soft stones like opals and emeralds depending on your chosen design, When shipping stones to the UK, any duties payments incurred will be added to the final bill, we do advise against using the cast in place process for clients stones but this can be discussed during the consultation.
How it works for full bespoke orders:
An initial consultation will take place where we will talk you through the design process and outline your inspirations, budget and design direction. This can take place in person, via video call or via email depending on your preference;
If stones are to be included in your piece, Fraser will source stones to match with your brief for you to choose from;
Once you’ve approved all elements of the design as well as the price we will begin creating your ring. The process can take up to 8 weeks to complete (depending on the design) but please do let us know if there was a particular deadline you were hoping to have your piece of jewellery for.
